The Lionesses take on Sweden in tonight’s Semi Final clash. Ahead of the game, we caught up with Sandra Stoney, Customer Experience Assistant with William Hill and mother and biggest supporter of ex England captain Casey Stoney MBE. Sandra talks the evolution in Women’s football and the pride she’s felt in supporting her daughter’s sporting success.
With over 100 caps to her name, Casey Stoney is a well-known name not only in women’s football but sport as a whole. She was appointed as the first Head Coach for Manchester Utd Women and is now coaching San Diego Wave FC.
