In 2020, the William Hill Foundation launched a new programme focussed on developing future female leaders in the field of technology.
Our Lead, IT Lady programme, based in our Krakow office, looks to address the leadership gap in the industry by offering participants on the programme an opportunity to hone their skills through a series of modules delivered by industry experts. The programme also contains a module, currently in progression, which allows participants to lead on individual digital projects to support non-profit organisations in the local community; including developing mobile applications and leading skills sessions with participants from local charities.
14 participants are currently on the programme, including 3 internal representatives from our William Hill Krakow teams.
