Last week was Player Safety Week at William Hill. Our aim is that together, we ‘go one better’ by putting player safety at the heart of everything we do. And that means all our colleagues from across the organisation, no matter what role they have here at William Hill.
This isn’t something we do once a year when it’s Safer Gambling Week or something we think about when things go wrong - Player safety is in the DNA of everything we do – whether that’s designing a new product or introducing a new process.
Throughout Play Safety Week, colleagues attended player safety immersion sessions. These sessions have been specifically designed to focus on and strengthen our commitment to player safety, ensuring that everyone at William Hill knows what safer gambling looks like and does everything in their power to keep players safe.
We want our customers to feel supported, and to see us as an organisation that provides a safe experience when they bet or game with us. This isn’t just down to colleagues who work with customers every day, this is down to each one of our employees. With our safer gambling tools, all colleagues can access support for customers as well as guidance for themselves, so they can feel proud knowing that we operate with the best intentions to keep our customers safe.
