At William Hill, we believe in giving back to our communities. Over the last 10 years, our colleagues have raised over £1 million for a range of charities and supported many more through our employee volunteering initiatives.
This year, we’re making it easier to ‘go one better’. We’ve teamed up with Neighbourly to help our UK employees find opportunities to volunteer in their local community.
Neighbourly is an online platform which connects volunteers with the places that need them. Using Neighbourly, colleagues can search for opportunities by location, as well as causes close to their heart. Once they’ve found the opportunity to suit them, they can sign up for upcoming activities using the platform. With more than 1,500 volunteering places available across the country, there’s lots to get stuck into!
Through our Balance, Build and Belong pillars, we are committed to providing meaningful and fulfilling volunteering projects for all colleagues, in the UK and across our international locations. We aim to support colleagues to give back to charities and causes in a sustainable and impactful way. By partnering with Neighbourly, we hope our colleagues in the UK will feel supported to make a positive impact.
